IMMOVEABLE

If you are waiting around for enlightenment
you may be waiting for a long time.

My thought is,

Go pull weeds,
Or place clay on the wheel,
and focus on making the perfect vase.
Or carefully craft a joint, solid and inseparable,
between two pieces of wood.

Focus your mind in a spot,
And leave it there,
Quietly,
Awaiting the next breath.

Changing your mind, your heart,
your way of seeing is possible,
and can be permanent,
If you work at it.

Know that this is a state worthy
of your time, attention and repetition.

It is something you can be sure of.
