WHAT’S REALLY HAPPENING

Zalensky’s back in his office,

The guy who invented Tikka Masala has died,

The covid numbers,

The ad for Tequila,

That’s the “news”.

Your brain can’t really,

Make sense of it,

Because that’s not the world,

Only a part of it.

Somebody’s idea,

Of what you need to think on.

But here’s what you can do,

Turn everything off,

Sit,

Hold things loosely in your brain,

And breathe.

Then, eventually,

Move with precision and purpose,

Not distracted, not intense,

Just focused.

Until your awareness,

Includes everything,

And grasps nothing.

Until everything,

Feels like one thing.

There,

That’s what’s really happening.
