HAVE A NICE DAY

What it takes,
These days,
To have a nice day.
First, turn it off.
All of it.
Then, maybe,
Sunshine
Or
Rain
Depending on your preference.
Sit quietly and feel things move,
Your breath
Your heart,
Those parts of the world
That move slowly,
Like most things usually do.
Look at someone long enough,
To let feeling and connection happen,
And stay with that as long as you can,
Perhaps, for the rest of your life.
There.
You see?
That wasn’t so hard now was it.
