LONDON

London
@ 6am is quiet
Or quieter at least,
Some birds chirping, clouds clearing.
We roll luggage down city streets,
Plastic wheels over cobblestones 500 years old
What would they have thought?
It’s a travel day amidst the early morning commuters,
Wishing to be quiet and still,
Hoping to have some peace,
Reflect and gather themselves,
Wake up,
In this city.
