Of other people’s lives or things that happened somewhere else.

But you could spend time in other ways,

Watching leaves fall from a tree,

Or the breeze fading,

As the sun sets over the horizon.

You could just do these things yourself,

Or spend time,

Moving,

Mind calm,

Body free from tension,

Heart beating,

Eyes focused,

Purpose clear,

As you become what you intended,

When you started out.
